  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Make a well in the center; add warm water and olive oil. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide into golf ball-sized portions and roll each into a half-inch thick disc.
  5. Combine melted butter with chopped garlic in a small bowl.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Brush one side of each disc with the garlic-butter mixture and place in the basket.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with remaining garlic-butter before serving.
