Description

Air Fryer Turkey Meatloaf is a deliciously healthy twist on a classic comfort food, made with lean ground turkey and packed with flavor.   • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup ketchup (divided)
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, and half of the ketchup until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in an air fryer-safe pan or on parchment paper.
  4. Spread the remaining ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing; drizzle with BBQ sauce before serving.
