  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the mashed bananas, egg, and maple syrup; mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
