Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle. Cut a tree shape using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Spread basil pesto generously over the entire surface of the tree shape.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the pesto layer.
