  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 8 oz Brie cheese (rind removed)

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.

  3. Gradually pour in milk while whisking until thickened. Stir in Brie until melted and smooth.
