  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook the seasoned chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, bell peppers, and onions until soft (about 5 minutes).
  5. Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream and soy sauce; stir to combine.
  6. Slice the rested chicken and toss it back into the skillet along with cooked pasta. Mix well to coat everything in the sauce.
