  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp dried sage

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add diced onion and chopped celery; sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the sautéed vegetables. Gradually pour in the chicken broth until moistened (avoid sogginess). Stir in dried thyme and sage.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the greased baking dish and generously top with the stuffing mixture.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
