  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 24 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pot, cover chicken with water, season with salt and pepper, and boil until cooked through (15-20 minutes). Shred the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic, cheddar cheese, and hot sauce.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
