Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and eggs until well combined.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients along with vanilla extract; stir until just mixed.

  6. Gently spread remaining batter over the cherries and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
