Instructions

- In another bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix additional sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top, add remaining batter, and finish with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar swirl.
- Use a knife to gently create swirls through the batter without overmixing.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
