  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine cranberries and 1 cup of granulated sugar in a bowl; toss to coat and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, and cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumble mixture into the baking dish, layer cranberries on top, then sprinkle remaining crumble over the cranberries.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
