Creamy Chicken Gloria is the ultimate comfort food for chilly nights, featuring tender chicken breasts simmered in a rich, creamy garlic sauce with fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Mix in thyme and parsley; adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve hot, drizzling extra sauce over each plate.
