Instructions

- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for one minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
- Mix in thyme and parsley; adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot, drizzling extra sauce over each plate.
