  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

  4. Add garlic to the skillet; sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; let simmer before mixing in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and add drained pasta along with reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency. Toss well and serve immediately.
