Description

Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Tortellini is a creamy and comforting dish that brings the flavors of a gourmet restaurant right to your table. Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz refrigerated tortellini
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Place boneless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic on top of the chicken and pour in chicken broth until it covers half of the chicken.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. 4. Once the chicken is tender, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until combined.
  5. 5. Add tortellini during the last 30 minutes of cooking time; stir gently to coat in sauce.
  6. 6. Serve hot with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
