  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the vegetables and mincing the garlic.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and minced garlic in the crockpot.
