- 8 oz egg noodles

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Mince garlic and slice steak into thin strips.
- Boil salted water and cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Sear the steak in batches for about 3-4 minutes each until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Lower heat to medium-low, add remaining butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce.
