Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 500g)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar

  1. Marinate chicken: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger slices, and sugar. Add chicken breasts; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare steamer: Fill a pot with water and bring to a simmer. Place a steamer basket over it without letting it touch the water.
