  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time and then add vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chopped Reese’s.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar until creamy.
  6. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Create an indent in each cookie and fill with the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain gooey. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
