  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup gravy (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté celery and onion in butter until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, chicken broth, sautéed vegetables, eggs, and half of the gravy; mix well.
  4. Fill muffin cups with the mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Drizzle remaining gravy on top before serving.
