  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and pour half of the marinade over them. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. For added caramelization, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve garnished with remaining marinade, toasted sesame seeds, and chopped green onions.
