- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 8 oz spaghetti (or pasta of choice)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking for about 6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, heavy cream, and soy sauce; stir to combine.
