Instructions

- 3. In a large bowl, cream butter and granulated sugar until fluffy (about 3 minutes). Add eggs one at a time while mixing.
- 4. Stir in lemon zest and juice until combined.
- 5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- 6. Drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared sheets, spaced two inches apart.
- 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers remain soft. Dust with powdered sugar while warm.
