  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear chicken until golden brown (4-5 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then stir in soy sauce, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and oregano. Let simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, ensuring it's well-coated in the sauce.
  5. Transfer everything to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
