  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
