Oreo Peanut Butter Bars are a delightful treat that combines the rich flavors of creamy peanut butter and crunchy Oreo cookies in a simple, no-bake dessert. Perfect for any occasion, these bars are easy to make and will impress your family and friends with their irresistible taste. With a crunchy Oreo base, a smooth peanut butter filling, and a chocolate topping, each bite is a heavenly experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Crush half of the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth, then spread evenly over the Oreo crust.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in short bursts in the microwave until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread gently.
  5. Crush remaining Oreos and sprinkle on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least two hours until set, then slice into squares and serve chilled.
