- 24 oz (3 packages) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp pure mint extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a springform pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cocoa powder and mint extract until combined.
