  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed red and green), chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Push vegetables aside; add the sliced ribeye steak seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 3 minutes until browned.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the beef mixture in the skillet until evenly coated.
