  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
