  • 4 cups Yukon Gold potatoes (diced)

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions
