  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in rolled oats and raisins until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown but centers remain soft.
