- 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
