  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sautéed onions and garlic, chopped spinach, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well blended.
