- 4 cups tortilla chips

- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup sour cream (for topping)
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
- Stir in salsa and black beans; simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
- Layer half of the tortilla chips in the dish, add half of the beef mixture, top with half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
