- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Push veggies aside and add ground turkey. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 7 minutes.
